📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and architectural projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and contracts.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage procurement and delivery of materials.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met on all project sites.
• Provide support in preparing project proposals and presentations for clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
