📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop tank systems using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet client specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
Participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tank manufacturing industry.
Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, and quality control processes is a plus.
Certification in welding or a related field is a plus.
