📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging training programs in interior design, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions.
• Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants to ensure they are meeting learning objectives.
• Collaborate with the Flashcom Indonesia team to develop and refine training content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in interior design.
• Promote Flashcom Indonesia's services and training programs to potential clients and students.
• Provide administrative support for training events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with participants and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design training or related roles.
• Proven track record of conducting successful training programs in interior design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Certification in interior design or a related field is a plus.
• Passionate about sharing knowledge and mentoring others in the interior design industry.
