As a Front Office Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable. You will manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, and provide information about our facilities and services. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, who come to us for relaxation and rejuvenation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handle reservations and bookings, including confirmations and cancellations.
- Provide information about our wellness treatments, facilities, and services.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Assist with front desk operations, including billing and payment processing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Promote our wellness and hospitality services to guests and potential customers.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with hotel or resort management systems (e.g., PMS, CRM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with wellness and spa services is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
