• Collaborate with regional and international partners to streamline cross-border logistics operations and enhance global supply chain resilience.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving innovations and implement sustainable logistics practices to reduce environmental impact.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure the company remains competitive in the global logistics market.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the logistics team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics strategy, supply chain management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a multinational or international environment.
• Certifications such as CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport), APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society), or CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics best practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with international partners and clients.
