📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in strategic planning and decision making.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the business.,Manage and develop the company's human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Ensure the company's products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Lead and motivate the company's team to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of business management principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage and develop human resources.,Experience in financial management and compliance.,Strong marketing and sales skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
