📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update applicant databases and tracking systems.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs and career events.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends is a plus.,Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.
