📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Assist in the sales process by answering customer inquiries and addressing their needs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Follow up with leads to ensure a positive sales experience.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to telemarketing and sales.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using computer and basic office software.,Willingness to travel to different locations if required.
