📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify and source high-quality products that meet customer demands and align with our brand values.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and stock rotation to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective product sourcing.
• Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the development of retail strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail inventory management and procurement, preferably in the consumer products industry.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the retail and consumer products industry, including market trends and consumer behavior.
