📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate the branch staff to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the branch meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards is preferred.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
