Manage kitchen operations and staff to ensure efficient and effective service,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Train and develop kitchen staff,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and maintained,Prepare and manage the kitchen schedule

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in a kitchen environment,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of health and safety regulations,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Experience with inventory management,Experience with training and developing staff
