📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction,Schedule and assign tasks to team members,Monitor performance and provide feedback and training as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition,Report to management on operations and any issues that arise

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is required
