Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor the team, providing guidance and support,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring operational efficiency,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance,Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Willingness to travel and work in different locations
