📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Crew Member in the day-to-day operations of the project,Ensure the safety and well-being of all crew members,Maintain and organize project equipment and tools,Assist in the preparation and execution of work plans,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress,Assist in the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise,Support the Crew Member in the recruitment and training of new crew members,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for the project

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with project management tools and software,Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
