📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Finance Director in managing the financial operations of the company,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting,Manage the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable,Provide financial analysis and advice to the management team,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders,Oversee the implementation of internal controls and financial policies,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
