📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the reception area to maintain a tidy and organized space.,Provide information about the company, its services, and policies to clients and visitors.,Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Assist in managing the receptionist's workload, including prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.,Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all dealings with clients and visitors.,Assist in training new employees and visitors to ensure they understand the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.,Proficiency in using office software and technology, including email, phone systems, and scheduling tools.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with insurance industry policies and procedures is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a bonus.,A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
