Resto Yoga Sembako is looking for a dedicated Deputy Store Admin to join our team in Koja, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store's administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions.,Support the Store Admin in managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist in organizing and maintaining store supplies and equipment.,Provide customer service and assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Assist in preparing and organizing store reports and documentation.,Support the Store Admin in managing store staff, including scheduling and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or administrative role is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented and able to work accurately and efficiently.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
