In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Telesales Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Telesales Manager in identifying and contacting potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.,Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or telesales.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
