📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for frontline staff in hotels, cafes, and restaurants.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Assess training needs and design customized programs to address specific areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with operational goals.
• Utilize training management software such as Cornerstone or SAP SuccessFactors to track and manage training programs.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development within the hospitality industry.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific training tools and software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
