Agung Krisna Laundry is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laundry business and ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality services to our customers. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to be based in Sanur, Bali, and able to travel to our various locations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundry business, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities as needed.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management.,Conducting regular site visits to ensure that all locations are operating efficiently and effectively.,Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the laundry or related industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Familiarity with the laundry industry and its operations is a plus.,Ability to travel to various locations as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
