📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to users on IT systems and processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and security.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
