Hokian Dian Kebab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, and providing strategic tax advice to the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and a proven track record of success in tax management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all tax-related activities for the company, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of all tax returns, including corporate, payroll, and sales tax returns.,Provide strategic tax advice to the company's management team, including tax planning and optimization.,Monitor and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings.,Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure compliance and resolve any tax issues.,Maintain and update tax-related documentation and records, including tax filings, schedules, and supporting documentation.,Provide training and guidance to junior tax staff on tax laws, regulations, and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including those related to international tax.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, payroll, and sales tax.,Proven track record of success in tax compliance and tax planning.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
