You will use our in-house order management system (OMS) and other relevant software to track and manage orders, ensuring that they are fulfilled on time and to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house order management system (OMS) and other relevant software.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately reflected in our systems.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are processed according to their specific requirements.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns related to order processing.
Monitor order processing metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in order processing and logistics.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our order processing procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a related role in the logistics or retail industry.
Proficient in using order management systems (OMS) and other relevant software.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
