Daily, you’ll collaborate with our team to ensure that each child’s unique needs are met, while also contributing to the ongoing development of our curriculum. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement age-appropriate English language lessons using educational toys, games, and activities.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for children aged 2-6 years.
• Collaborate with the founding team to ensure each child’s unique needs are met.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the preschool’s curriculum.
• Assist in the supervision and care of children in the classroom.
• Engage in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool education, with a focus on English language development.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPSE, CCEA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
• Experience with educational software and tools (e.g., SmartKid, Learning Tree, or similar) is a plus.
