📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and marinate beef cuts according to specific recipes and timing to ensure optimal tenderness and flavor.,Butcher and prepare a variety of beef cuts, including marinated beef, bulgogi, and other Korean BBQ dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and customer demands.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.,Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and performance expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a butcher or in a similar role, preferably in the Korean BBQ industry.,Strong knowledge of Korean BBQ recipes, marinating techniques, and beef cuts.,Excellent meat cutting and preparation skills, with attention to detail and precision.,Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet production targets.,Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.,Familiarity with food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and methods.,Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
