📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on operational excellence.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.
