Central Point Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet in Medan. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the local team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail management, has excellent leadership skills, and is committed to driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate the sales and service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing sales and customer service teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
