📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, guest list management, and vendor coordination.,Ensure the banquet venue is set up according to the event requirements and maintain it throughout the event.,Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to guests.,Coordinate with catering staff to ensure food quality and presentation meet expectations.,Handle guest inquiries and address any issues that may arise during the event.,Assist in the preparation and execution of post-event evaluations and follow-ups.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and expenses.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banquet and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing banquet events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
