Lead and manage building performance consulting projects from inception to completion.,Provide expert advice on building performance, including energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and sustainability.,Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement building performance improvement strategies.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in building performance.,Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients.,Train and mentor junior consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in building performance consulting.,Proven track record of successful projects in energy efficiency and sustainability.,Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as EnergyPlus, eQuest, or Revit.
