Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our retail and e-commerce clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide outstanding customer service to retail and e-commerce clients through various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.,Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and concerns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.,Train and mentor junior customer service representatives as needed.,Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail and e-commerce.,Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and industry standards.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficient in using customer service software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
