The National Cancer Centre Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to join our Division of Oncologic Imaging in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Oncologic Imaging Division, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and accessibility of imaging services.,Manage a team of imaging professionals, providing leadership and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Monitor and evaluate imaging equipment and technology, ensuring optimal performance and safety.,Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in imaging services.,Represent the Division of Oncologic Imaging at national and international conferences and meetings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices in cancer imaging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Radiology, Medical Imaging, or a related healthcare discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive or management role in Oncologic Imaging or a related field.,Proven track record of managing and developing imaging services in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices in cancer imaging.,Experience in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives is a plus.
