📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food production,Manage and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality,Develop and implement food cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices,Work closely with the executive chef to develop and refine menu items and recipes,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage kitchen supplies and equipment,Ensure timely and accurate preparation of food for service, including special events and banquets,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote food safety and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting, preferably in a luxury or high-end restaurant,Proven ability to manage and mentor kitchen staff effectively,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices,Experience in menu development and cost control is highly desirable,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in English, with knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Valid food handler's certificate and any relevant culinary certifications
