Lead and manage research projects focused on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Advanced Packaging Materials.,Develop and optimize ALD processes for various applications in semiconductor manufacturing.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced packaging materials into semiconductor devices.,Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences.,Mentor and train junior researchers and engineers.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in ALD and advanced packaging materials through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.,PhD in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development in the semiconductor industry.,Strong background in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and advanced packaging materials.,Proven track record of publishing research papers and presenting at international conferences.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
