📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate and individual income taxes, VAT, and other applicable taxes.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters and ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company's tax practices are in compliance.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate and individual income taxes, VAT, and other applicable taxes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex tax issues.,Proficient in the use of accounting software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
