In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional store layouts, ensuring that our stores meet the needs of our customers and enhance the overall shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop store layouts that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with CARiNG Pharmacy's brand identity.,Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to inform store design and development decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, visual merchandising, and store operations, to ensure that store layouts meet business objectives and customer needs.,Create and maintain store development plans, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.,Monitor store performance and make data-driven recommendations for store improvements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in store design and development.,Assist in the implementation of store layouts and ensure that they are executed according to plan.,Provide training and support to store staff on store layout and design best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in store design and development, preferably in the retail or pharmacy industry.,Strong knowledge of store layout principles, including traffic flow, shelf placement, and point-of-sale optimization.,Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented and able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with retail and pharmacy industry trends and best practices.
