In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.,Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, maintaining a clean and organized cash register.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in opening and closing the cash register, including bank deposits and reconciliation.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, finding solutions to ensure satisfaction.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.,Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required; English is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.,Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
