📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct research and development on advanced solar materials, focusing on improving efficiency and durability.
• Develop and validate material models using industry-standard simulation tools like MATLAB, COMSOL Multiphysics, and ANSYS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new materials into existing solar products.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to refine material formulations and processes.
• Document research findings and present them to stakeholders, including engineers, scientists, and management.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar materials and technologies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures for new materials.
• Participate in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong background in materials science principles and solar energy technologies.
• Proficiency in using MATLAB, COMSOL Multiphysics, or ANSYS for material simulation.
• Experience with experimental techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), or atomic force microscopy (AFM).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
