• Advise senior management on complex legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance policies.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal counseling, with a focus on corporate and compliance matters.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management and other stakeholders.
