📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to senior management.,Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
