You will also be involved in planning and executing farming activities, such as vaccination programs, disease control, and harvest planning. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily farm operations, including feeding schedules, health monitoring, and waste management.
• Implement and monitor vaccination programs and disease control measures.
• Plan and execute farming activities, such as harvest planning and crop rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for farm workers.
• Monitor and report on farm performance metrics, such as production rates and animal health indicators.
• Collaborate with the farming team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Participate in farm improvement initiatives, such as implementing new farming technologies.
• Provide training and support to farm workers on best practices for poultry care and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in poultry farming or livestock management.
• Knowledge of farming software, such as Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS).
• Understanding of health and safety regulations for farm workers.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian farming practices and regulations.
