As an Infant Educarer, you will be responsible for creating a daily routine that supports the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of infants. You will use a variety of age-appropriate activities and resources to engage and stimulate young children, ensuring they develop essential skills in a fun and supportive setting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and implement a daily routine that supports the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of infants.
• Engage and stimulate infants using age-appropriate activities and resources.
• Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs tailored to the needs of young children.
• Monitor and assess the progress of infants to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide ongoing support and communication.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in an infant care setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education, such as the Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
