You will work closely with our team to implement best practices in farming, harvest management, and resource utilization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the plantation, ensuring efficient and sustainable farming practices.
Manage a team of farmers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
Implement and monitor harvest schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality produce.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to secure the best resources and markets.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the agricultural industry.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the condition of the plantations and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in plantation management or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing agricultural operations.
Strong knowledge of farming practices, crop management, and sustainable agriculture.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in using agricultural software and tools such as ERP systems, GIS, and farm management software.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
