📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee a team of 50+ employees, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.
• Optimize logistics processes using advanced tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other industry-standard software.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record in strategic leadership roles.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP, Oracle, or other logistics management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
