In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of motorcycles, ensuring that each vehicle leaves our service center in excellent condition.

As a Motorcycle Mechanic Technician at Stunning Bike, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be able to utilize your skills and expertise to provide the best possible service to our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of motorcycles, including sport bikes, cruisers, and adventure bikes, and you will be able to utilize your knowledge of motorcycle mechanics to diagnose and repair any issues that may arise.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of motorcycle issues, including engine, electrical, and suspension problems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on motorcycles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Work with a variety of motorcycle brands and models, utilizing your knowledge of motorcycle mechanics to provide the best possible service
• Collaborate with the service advisor and other team members to ensure that each motorcycle is serviced to the highest standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest motorcycle technology and trends, and incorporate new techniques and tools into your work
• Train and mentor junior technicians, helping to build a strong and skilled team at Stunning Bike
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored and accounted for
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic or in a similar role
• Certification as a motorcycle mechanic or equivalent experience in motorcycle repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with a wide range of motorcycle brands and models, including sport bikes, cruisers, and adventure bikes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Proficiency in using motorcycle diagnostic tools and equipment, such as scan tools and torque wrenches
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Commitment to delivering top-tier service and a passion for motorcycles
